Warranty and Service Terms

All equipment is under warranty against manufacturing and workmanship faults for 2 years from the invoice date. During the warranty period, defects caused by production and workmanship will be repaired by CureVision, and products that cannot be repaired will be replaced with a new one. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, disaster, misuse and abuse, sudden voltage changes, inadequate electrical wiring, poor or faulty grounding, unauthorized third parties involving with the products and parts subject to the spare parts price list. Operating system malfunctions and errors caused by software applications are also not covered by the Warranty. The place of repair of the products under warranty is CureVision technical service or a Local Authorized Dealer. The warranty of the replaced parts of the products repaired during the warranty period is the same as the remaining warranty period of the product. The warranty is limited to the product and does not cover the loss of added value resulting from the use of the product. Failures that may occur due to exposure of the equipment to applications other than the instructions for use after commissioning are not covered by the warranty. Technical service is not provided for the products whose production date, device model number and serial number identification plates are destroyed. If the serial numbers are found to be tampered with, the warranty will be void. The transportation costs of the devices sent to the technical service and returned to the customer will be covered by the customer. Devices are only transported in their original boxes and CureVision will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Maintenance and support services for software products are provided under the maintenance agreement.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

The first response and fault detection period for the devices for which a service call is made within or outside the warranty period is a maximum of 5 working days from the date of the call; Repairs and replacements are made within a maximum of 15 days after customer approval. Service hours excluding public holidays; Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.00. On-site service requests are subject to a service fee. Travel and accommodation expenses are also charged separately. If service is requested outside the specified hours, a special fee will be applied.

SPARE PARTS SUPPLY GUARANTEE

There is a 5 year spare parts supply guarantee for malfunctioning.
